Online registrations are processed Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm. Once your registration has been processed you will receive a confirmation email and receipt.

Below are the steps you will need to complete to successfully enroll for Fall classes. |

|
Step 1 – Please read through the entire 2012-2013 Studio Handbook, including all Studio Policies, Tuition, and Studio Dates sections. Please print a copy of the MSDA 2012-2013 Student Handbook for your reference. Copies of the handbook, including a personalized "Quick Reference Guide" are available by request in the studio office. All policies in this book are posted on this website.
Step 2 – Print out the 2012-2013 Schedule and select your classes. Once you enter into the registration site, the classes will not be listed in the order they are on the schedule. You will be able to sort by “Day”, “Time” or “Type of Class”. Please select age appropriate classes.* The processor will go by the student’s age as of September 30, 2012. When registering, please be sure that you pay close attention to the age group for your class. It is possible to have two similar classes taking place at the same time for different age groups. Classes highlighted in green on the Class Schedule are currently wait-listed and will not show up online. * Please note that students enrolling in pointe or pre-pointe must take at least 2 ballets. Students make always "take down" a level in order to get in the required class time.
Step 3 – Gather all other information needed to register, such as credit or debit card numbers, cell phone numbers, addresses, etc.
Step 4 – Proceed With Online Registration --Link available after these directions.
Step 5 – Click the link “I have read, understand, and agree to all the policies set forth in the Miller Street Dance Academy Handbook."
Step 6 – You will be redirected to the online registration site and you may begin your class selection. As classes fill, they will no longer be listed on the registration site. If the class you wish to sign up for is not listed, that class has filled and you will need to select another. Step 7 – You will receive an email confirming your class selection(s) and amounts charged to your credit card. Emails will not be immediate. Registrations will be queued in the order they come in and processed one at a time in that order. Registration will be processed Monday-Friday between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
Step 8 – VERY IMPORTANT! All accounts registering online will be set up on automatic billpay. If you do not choose to be on autodraft, you must stop by the office and fill out a Autodraft Removal form. You do not need to stop by the office and sign for a registration book. They are available for you upon request.
